Ever wondered why people always say that clowns are actually very sad people hidden behind a happy facade?

Why clowns and not everyone else? I guess most of the time we aren't able to see how a clown really looks like behind all the face paint...Their faces are always painted to look happy and that is basically their task...To make people happy to make people laugh...but are they really happy people...I can't tell...

I guess some of us behave in this manner too...not as a clown but we often have to put on a happy facade so that we can continue living our lives and not make the people around us depressed...I do it at times too...Even though I am really upset over something in my life, I will not show it visibly unless I really cannot take it...Because if I do, I would look unhappy all day...

However, don't you think it is tiring to lead a life like that? Having to pretend that you are happy when u really aren't? Why not take away that mask? Be TRULY happy instead...I guess I will have to learn that...
